Hello all - posting this on behalf of a member.....
I am an Oak member located in Danville. My employer owns Cue on Main restaurant and has leased acreage on a nearby farm. The farm has received money from a grant to install a post-harvest handling facility in an old workshop. As the farm manager, I am part of the planning/advising process. We have studied Atina Diffley's website which includes links to the pertinent government info as well.
What I am wanting to know is if anyone has any words of advice.
What can't you live without?
What did you install that you don't really need or use?
