Unapproved sewage sludge fertilizer with organic in the name

It's come KDA's attention that there is a fertilizer product being offered on the market, particularly in west KY, that is derived from biosolids{sewage sludge}. The particular product is Top Choice Organic out of Arkansas. As it contains sewage sludge{biosolids} it is a prohibited in certified organic production by 205.105.
This is a reminder to contact KDA, before using a new inout product if it is not listed as approved for the intended purpose by OMRI, Washington State Dept. of Agriculture, or Pennsylvania Certified Organic.
