CHange repository url

Hi,

I'd like to change our repository url. At https://www.openarchives.org/Register/BrowseSites?viewRecord=http://repository.dinamika.ac.id/cgi/oai2 our repository still use http, and now we use https.

I'd like to request change url from http://repository.dinamika.ac.id/cgi/oai2 to https://repository.dinamika.ac.id/cgi/oai2.
