DIALNET error References OAI

Hello, DIALNET does not pick up references to this OAI: https://revista.bibliayteologiahoy.com/index.php/bth/oai
HTML is all ok. They could not give me more details that it throws error to them:
“Could not parse HTML. Error Fetching URL”

On the other hand, oval gives these errors:

Can anyone guide me on the solution to achieve harvesting references?
