OAI-PMH Foreign Data Wrapper

Dear List,

Some time ago I wrote a PostgreSQL Foreign Data Wrapper for OAI-PMH Repositories for our library and I was wondering if it could be interesting for the OAI-PMH community. The whole idea is to be able to query OAI-PMH Repositories from inside PostgreSQL using plain SQL queries, therefore making tasks like data import and federated queries only a SQL statement away.

What are the minimal requirements and steps to add it to the OAI-PMH Tools list?
