oai validator is not sending e-mails

Hi,

I tried to validate https://oai-europeana.val.ceskadigitalniknihovna.cz/search/api/harvest/v7.0/oai using https://www.openarchives.org/Register/ValidateSite 

but after the 1st step I did not receive any e-mail with a link to the next step. Can you please verify that an e-mail to in...@ceskadigitalniknihovna.cz has been sent?

I just tried again to initiate a validation and from what I can see it looks like an email was sent at May 20 09:32:08 2025 EDT to in...@ceskadigitalniknihovna.cz
