when validating an OAI endpoint via
https://www.openarchives.org/Register/ValidateSite
with an admin email that uses subaddressing/plus addressing (like admi...@acme.com), the validation fails (and aborts entirely) on the message that the adminEmail "looks bogus".
Can this severity be lowered to INFO or warning, because this is part of the address protocol (https://www.rfc-editor.org/info/rfc5233/) and can be useful at some times.
