Old record to be deleted - Very urgent

Dear Sir,

 

Due to serious problems in our repository we have changed our website. Hence you are requested to delete our old record as in the screenshot attached.

And update the record according to the new base url given below:

 

https://wahacademia.com/index.php/journal/oai

 

We are being much troubled by these old records as all our data harvesting in WorldCat and other repositories are being failed. Please your urgent attention is required.

I have deleted your registration with the uppercase J in journal:

The registration with lowecase j remains:

https://www.openarchives.org/Register/BrowseSites?viewRecord=https://wahacademia.com/index.php/journal/oai

Dear Simeon,

 

Thank you for your quick reply and action but somewhere the problem persists in repository. as you will see in the attachments. The repository shows no records though there are files on the web. Please clear the repository altogether of all the records related to Wah Academia and we will validate again anew and afresh. Perhaps this will rectify the issue. There are two attachments. One, from the world cat and second from the oai. Or as you suggest a solution.

I have deleted the registration for the URL with the lowercase "j" as well now:

https://wahacademia.com/index.php/journal/oai

You may revalidate and reregister at any time you choose.

Having said all this, I don't think registration or not has anything to do with your issues.

Your repository does indeed have records in it: https://wahacademia.com/index.php/journal/oai?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc

However, you do also have a set called `driver` which has no records in it: https://wahacademia.com/index.php/journal/oai?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc&set=driver

There is nothing wrong with this from a protocol point of view, you have records in the `journal` and `journal:ART` sets: https://wahacademia.com/index.php/journal/oai?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc&set=journal https://wahacademia.com/index.php/journal/oai?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc&set=journal:ART

Where records go within OJS and how they then appear in the OAI-PMH interface is a question for whoever maintains your OJS system.
