Update the base URL for the OAI-PMH endpoint of our repository

Dear OpenArchives team,

the base URL of the OAI-PMH endpoint for our repository DepositOnce changed.

This is our current entry: https://www.openarchives.org/Register/BrowseSites?viewRecord=https://depositonce.tu-berlin.de/oai/request

Our new OAI-PMH base URL is: https://api-depositonce.tu-berlin.de/server/oai/request

It completed the validation successfully: http://www.openarchives.org/Register/ValidateSite?log=7ER6VIZN

I have deleted the old base URL https://depositonce.tu-berlin.de/oai/request , please feel free to register the new base URL.
