Help OAI

I need help with our OAI’s journal. For some reason the page “Listrecords” is not opening (Error 500) and the indexers are not able to collect the data. We recently updated to version 3.3.0.14. We had to change our URL for security reasons, but when we clicked on the old one, we already set an automatic redirect to the new link.

Hi Yanka,
When I request the 'ListRecords' page, I don't get any response from your server - other than the 500 response.

The first thing I would do is take a look at the application and web error logs on your server. This might show the reason a 500 is being returned.

If that doesn't help, I think the right place to seek help for this issue is the OJS forum (https://forum.pkp.sfu.ca/ ) - who might be able to help diagnose the issue.
