Changed the base URL

Our institutional repository is now hosted by Scholaris. Therefore, would it be possible to change the OAI-PMH URL, please?

I have deleted the old base URL: http://savoirs.usherbrooke.ca/oai/request

I am about to discontinue the registration service. New registrations will no longer be accepted although validation will remain available.
