Over here TMA spaces have the following classes
12 x E
7 x A
8 x B
2 x D
I do not know how it is in other countries.
Since we are allowed to fly in class E, I wonder how to show a TMA on
de screen.
I think there should be a possibillity to have it in an different
colour or just not show it at all when it is E.
I you agree to that, can i use something like: if (space.getClass() ==
"E") in PolishState.cpp to differ the TYPE ?

You can always use the space.getClass() method to differentiate and
assign different colors/types, but I wonder if in this case, it is a
good idea...

If the class is of the TMA is E, then maybe the MAP lines in the OpenAir
files should simply be set to 'NO' so that this airspace does not appear
on our maps?

For now, our idea is the following: all zones that have a lower limit
above the ground (and are 'floating' as to say) are shown in orange.
This way, when flying over an orange zone, you know that you can fly
there up to a certain height.

Red means -> can't fly there
Orange means -> can fly there, but up to a certain altitude
Blue means -> See NOTAM or AUP to know if you can fly there

If necessary, we could refine this principle and differentiate between
different sub-types by using light/dark versions of the colors.

In your case, if a TMA has class E and is thus irrelevant for us, then I
would simply not include it in the map by setting the MAP-line to 'NO'.

What do you think of this?

Kind regards,
Bart

You are right! I will do it that way for the E class spaces. (If I do
not show them why sluold I define them?)
