Question about Low flying Areas

In de Belgium lowfly areas (LFA) I see a remark "As we are allowed to
fly in the LFA G areas, the AH limit is our AL".
I do not understand this remark If you are alowe to Fly in G why is
the LFA upper limit your lower limit ?

I also find this a strange remark. If i recall correctly, Wim Verhoeve entered this data, so the best is to ask him.
