Busy Week of Green Networking...

Hey there,

A) Green Drinks: It was a very cool event. A ritzy night of
mingling with fellow environmental advocates from a variety of
organizations. I guess this is a weekly event, so I recommend
checking it out atleast once. More info at www.greencbus.org

B) Earth Day: So I have volunteered to be a part of the Alternative
Transportation Committee for the Earth Day program also being
organized by Green Columbus. Hopefully, this will help introduce me
to some individuals who may also share common interests with Organic
Athlete. If any of you are also interested in being a part of this
project, you can read more about it on the Green Columbus website,
then shoot me a message and I'll intorduce you to the director. There
are multiple committees which I'm sure could use some help. Or if you
want something with a little less responsibility there will also be
multiple day-of volunteer opportunities.

C) The Cyclocross Championship: If you didn't make it, you really
missed out. Very cool course with a huge attendence. Huge props to
Andy johnson for all of his hardwork. As well as a big thanks for
letting us set-up a OA informational table. Too bad he couldn't have
made it 10 more degrees warmer...

D) MORPC: Also, I met a rep from the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning
Commision at the Cyclocross event. She was telling me about these
really cool services, such as free bus passes or taxi rides if you get
a flat away from home. Or daily email air quality alerts. Check out
