It's time to get some more members...

The more people we have involved in our organic athletic community the
greater we will all prosper with new vegan recipes, training tips,
race partners, etc. Most of all, we need to make some noise and get
people talking about our group.

I have designed a flyer that is pretty simple in design and should do
the job of perking interest in those who come across it. It has the
offical OA web site on it, and hopefully those who are interested in
joining will search out the Columbus chapter page and find the link to
our google group as well.

I am sure you all can think of multiple veggie-friendly merchants that
would be more than happy to stock a handful of these flyers or perhaps
even post them in their windows.

Send me an e-mail if you want to help pass out these flyers around
town and I will send the flyer file to you. Then simply print out as
many pages as you think you can disperse, and when those are gone,
print out some more. Each page has four flyers on it.

Keep in mind that we are ORGANIC athletes, so please use recycled
paper! And print them out in color if possible....it just looks more
professional, you know?

Lastly, I was talking to Shelly Smithburger and she was asking about
Organic Athlete clothing. This is another great way to promote our
group, and the offical OA site (www.organicathlete.org) has a
merchandise store on it. Stephanie and I picked up a pair of matching
OA logo t's there, which is made of organic fabric. Would love to see
more people wearing those around town.
