Hi,

i'm emailing in search of two individual who would like to do the Tour
d'Organics ride (tourdorganics.com) for free in exchange for being a
ride leader on the 35mi or 65mi route.

this is our thoughts on it:  the ride leaders will ride at a 13-14mph
pace and stop at each rest stop for about 15 minutes.  The ride
leaders are not responsible for those that join them (e.g. gathering
everyone up to leave a rest stop), the leaders are just to be there
for people to ride with as on an informal group ride where people may
break off.

we want to provide this option for safety (there will be a number of
women riders not coming with anyone), comfort (it's nice to ride with
someone who knows the route), and enjoyment (its generally fun to ride
in groups and meet new people).

i'm contacting you because i'd like to find someone experienced with
cycling and working with others in the cycling community.  ideally
this person would be able to discuss the ideas of OrganicAthlete, but
just being able to talk about cool bike things and bike safety and the
area is great.

them.
