Hey everyone, a full update here!

First off, Sunday is World Vegan Day! We've got a lot going on to celebrate!

At 1pm, we'll be meeting downtown (Fort & Douglas) for a vegan feed-out!
Activists will be contributing tasty home-made samples for passers-by to try
out, and demonstrate that vegan food is delicious, and we need not
compromise taste for ethics. Of course we'll also be handing out vegan
literature as well.

At 6pm we're holding a screening of Peaceable Kingdom at Solstice Café at
529 Pandora. It's an inspiring film about the transformation of several
former farmers to veganism. It's not a gory film. Doors open at 5:30,
admission by donation, vegan treats available for purchase, please bring
your non-vegan friends and families! A short discussion will be offered
afterwards.

At 8pm we're finishing the day with a vegan dine-out celebration at Lotus
Pond, please RSVP if you wish to join us!

Finally, we've also produced a special World Vegan Day edition of The
Victoria Vegan, it can be downloaded on our event page here, along with all
the other details for the day:

Hope you can join us at some point, please get back to me ASAP if you'd like
to help out!

See you then,

- Dave
