Happy Friday Everyone,
Over recent meetings, some of you helped to define specific activities at publishing platforms and services that rely on OA eBook usage data. I have combined these ideas in a single interactive
mind map to help us asynchronously organize, refine and add detail prior to moving the information into a .doc format.
By October 23rd, can you spare 30-60 minutes to edit this use-case map? Your inline questions and clarifying comments will take this use-case from its current outline to a more detailed use-case document.
When reviewing:
- Click the circled plus sign icon
to expand related sub-category details; click the circled minus sign icon
to condense details. - Add new details to the outline by clicking the uncircled plus sign
. This is a great way to note specific categories, groups, or taxonomies to be queried during specific activities. - Add questions or comments to specific ideas by clicking on the idea and adding your note to the comment field. Don't forget to hit the Enter/Return key after you type your comment to ensure it saves.
- Reflect that an activity pertains to you with a Thumbs Up vote
- Reflect that an activity does not pertain to you with a Thumbs Down vote
Contributions will be converted into a shared document for broader community review later this month.
A calendar invitation will arrive shortly for you to discuss open questions and comment on Thursday, October 15th at 9:00am EDT / 1:00PM UTC. If you are unable to attend that session but wish to discuss the emerging use-case in detail, contact me directly to schedule a call.
Thank you for contributing to this documentation effort. Should you have questions along the way, feel free to reply all and start a discussion.
