o3d-plugin failing to load images in windows

Hello there!

I noticed that if you try to use o3d-plugin in a windows machine that
has no user accounts set up, the images wont load into the client.
Probably has something to do with file priviliges. Has anyone found a
way to work around this?

The error I get is:

failed to download bitmap

And when I log into the client machine to any user account it works
fine...
