Wellington LARPs newsletter
In an age long past there were many happenings, whereby a missive would be sent to those interested in partaking. Then for a long while a plague beset the land and these events faded from memory. But recently there has been a reawakening, and we once again have events to share far and wide. As such every other month a dispatch will be sent with reports of new undertakings.
TLDR: I plan to email a newsletter every two months with upcoming LARPs and related news.

Upcoming LARPs
Saturday 28 September - Oops All Stalins
A black comedy theatreform
The date: December 18th, 1952. The place: East Berlin.
It’s the night before the start of a nuclear weapons control treaty conference. All the movers and shakers are here. Dinner has been had, and now it’s time to ‘mingle’ and do the real power broking before the tedium of the formal negotiations. Of course, the topic on everyone’s lips will be the nuclear weapons treaty, but with westerners in attendance, opportunities for defection, assassination, and score settling are rife.

Thursday 17 October - Death and the Dreamers
1920s murder mystery
Beneath the floors of the magnificent MacAllister Hotel, you'll find the Dreamer’s Club, a speakeasy frequented by the city's most interesting figures. It's a place where authors, performers, and even the law's undesirables can rub shoulders and enjoy a drink while watching the latest in world-class mind-boggling entertainment. You don't need to believe in "magic" or "ghosts" to be awed by these unbelievable acts!
Tonight should be like any other night. Unfortunately, someone is going to get murdered.

Friday 7-Sunday 9 February - Consequence
Weird West Campaign set in the fictional town of Consequence, Colorado, in 1869
It’s late June, 1870. The Rift has been closed for almost 8 months now, but at least there’s a method of communicating with folks Stateside. Despite the many unforeseen dangers, some newcomers have started putting down roots in the divided town of Consequence, while others seem more interested in meddling with unfathomable forces. But in general, folks are rallying together, and many friendships have developed as people continue to explore and understand life on this side of the Rift. Will those friendships be tested if and when an attempt to reopen the Rift succeeds.
