To all team managers, coaches and other important Dragonboat team people,
Please note that the NZDBA have extended the Early Bird discount cut off date to 5:00PM on Friday 27th February 2015.
So if you get in now and register your team or teams for Nationals, you will be issued an invoice by the NZDBA Treasurer.
As long as you pay that invoice before 5:00PM on Friday 27th February you will save your team 5% off the registration fee.
NB: Don't wait until late next week to do this. Register your teams NOW so we can send you out an invoice.
If you have already registered your team or teams and have been issued with an invoice then you now have a little more time to pay the invoice and get the Early Bird discount but don't wait until the last minute. You know how banks and fund transfers and all of that can be. If you want to be sure you'll receive the discount then do it... NOW!!
OK so that's the good news. Now here's the other news.
Unfortunately we can't extend the final payment dates before you'll incur late payment fees.
So if you can't quite make payment before the 27th February you have until 5:00PM on Monday 1st March to pay your full Nationals registration fees.
Late payment fees will be added to the invoice amount after that for teams who have not paid their registration fees.
So the time to register your teams for Nationals and pay the Nationals registration fees is... say it with me... NOW!!
