Thanks to all those that have provided feedback on the Terms of Reference both formally and informally. Feedback has been excellent and hugely supportive of the initiative and Terms and it's also awesome to see that a broad and diverse range of organisations have committed to supporting the project financially.
We'll publicly announce those that are contributing financially in due course but it's good to see we're already fairly close to budget on this (so there is basically no doubt the project will proceed).
Following a request from NZICT Group we have agreed to extend the feedback period for the Terms of Reference by one week, until 10th October. While that will delay the launch of the project slightly, and much feedback revolves around wanting to get started ASAP, we believe it's important to ensure all stakeholders have ample opportunity to engage appropriately and extending by one week balances those needs.
If you have any additional feedback please email your comments to clou...@nzcs.org.nz so they can be considered before the ToR are finalised.
In the meantime our project team will commence work on a more detailed project plan.
Thanks all - look forward to engaging once we get underway.
Regards,
Paul Matthews
