I have a project for someone graphically gifted (unlike me!). My guess is
that it would ideally suit a graphic design student (maybe as part of an
assignment)

Essentially I am looking to develop a theme for a tertiary graduation ball
(March 2000).
The theme/design would be used to develop posters, flyers and ball tickets.
The theme is beyond 2000.... therefore there is plenty of scope for
ingenuity.
