Mangawhai Earth Whisperers, a small green activist support group,
have initiated a relay-hikoi around New Zealand.
The aims of this Hikoi are:

* To build energy and network links between groups working on
climate change issues.
* To encourage action to reduce carbon-dioxide in the
atmosphere by such things as reducing energy consumption and emissions
and growing more woody plants and finding ways to lock up their carbon
- agrichar?
* To collect stories, ideas and solutions.
