Curious discrepancies. I zeroed in on the area in Christchurch where I
live and found a street that has been in existance for at least 50 years
missing (Restell) while another (Mission) that doesn't exist is shown
nearby.
The mapping system also fails to show a railway line that I'm sure would
be of interest to a real eastate agent. I guess you get what you pay for.

Has potential.
All that's needed is for an in-car web browser to rotate the map according
to the car's compass bearing.
Even better if the site allowed you to key in origin and destination, and
highlights the shortest route in red (allowing for no-right-turns, one-way
streets etc).
How long will it be before we have in-car computers giving audible
directions?

There was another NZ satelite views of the country where you could zoom in
on individual houses....i lost the damn url....and know of it???
