P.S. Le-Turd - I have just been examining my falily tree.
There are three important things, which I found.
1. None of my ancestors are French - thank God.
2. None were convicts - all free settlers who arivved here in the 1840's and
1850's.
3. Some were actually REAL GOLD PROSPECTORS, who did quite well in the
Victorian gold fields and later at Gympie (Nash's Gully).
So Le-Turd my ancestors include REAL GOLD PROSPECTORS, not ones looking for
