New Zealand Assistance Needed in Locating Missing Sibling

I am contacting you for a specific reason, specifically, in an attempt to
help a dear friend.

Let me give you some background information. My friend and neighbor,
Nancy, was adopted as a small child. She recently became aware of her
birth mother's name and (with my encouragement) has located one of her
birth siblings, a younger brother. She has yet to locate her older
brother. All three of these people were born in New Hampshire.

She has discovered that her older brother, birth name Richard, was also
adopted by a professional family, we are assuming the father is a doctor.
This infant was renamed "Andrew, Jr." after the adoptive father.

It has also been discovered that the family moved to New Zealand
approximately 10 years ago from the United States. The only information
we have concerning this sibling is that he turned 40 on February 14,
1996.

I have great faith in the Internet and everyone's interest and curiosity
in solving mysteries. (Human nature is very curious.) I was hoping that
someone in your organization, might know something of him or be able to
post a notice regarding this man on whatever newsgroups might be
available. I would dearly love to be able to tell Nancy that we were
able to assist in locating this last sibling.
