Government Departments not delivering with Labour governments

Yet another performance statistic:

I cannot recall any measure of performance for any government
department that has improved since 2017. Prison population does not
count because of artificial manipulation (crime rates up, prosecutions
down).

An interesting read. The last chart isn't complete! Nothing for Wellington or Hutt valley!!
Didn't this Labour government drop performance measures when Winston gave them the job?

Data is from St John Ambulance, so Wellington Free Ambulance area will
not be included.

Thank you for the correction Crash. Appreciate it.
Shane Reti's article is interesting. I've never been able to see Labours sense in doing away with targets. How else can you provide excellence if people don't know what is required. It makes no sense to drop them unless you know you're about to really screw things up!
