A grim report prepared for Prime Minister Putin by Russian Space Forces
Command (VKS) states that the catastrophic 6.3 magnitude earthquake that
destroyed New Zealand’s second largest city of Christchurch on 22 February
was another “failed test” of a United States “earthquake weapon” similar to
the one that destroyed the Caribbean island nation of Haiti last January
(2010) killing over 500,000 people.
To the deadly US “earthquake weapon” that destroyed Haiti we had previously

the catastrophic quake in Haiti and killed 200,000 innocents. Don't believe
it's true? Just ask Hugo Chavez.

strongman's state mouthpiece ViVe TV shot out a press release saying the 7.0
magnitude Haiti quake was caused by a U.S. test of an experimental shockwave
system that can also create "weather anomalies to cause floods, droughts and

The station's Web site added that the U.S. government's HAARP program, an
atmospheric research facility in Alaska (and frequent subject of conspiracy
theories), was also to blame for a Jan. 9 quake in Eureka, Calif., and may
have been behind the 7.8-magnitude quake in China that killed nearly 90,000
people in 2008.
What's more, the site says, the cataclysmic ruin in Haiti was only a test
run for much bigger game: the coming showdown with Iran.”

WashingtonPost Wednesday, Feb 23, 2011; The White House is deploying
disaster-response and urban-search-and-rescue teams to New Zealand following
a 6.3-magnitude earthquake that rocked the country Tuesday. They will be
greeted there by Timothy W. Manning, a deputy administrator at the Federal
Emergency Management Agency who is in the country assisting with response
efforts and is particularly qualified to do so.
Manzullo left site of quake hours before it hit
U.S. Rep. Don Manzullo, R-Ill., left the city of Christchurch, New Zealand,
less than 2 1/2 hours before the earthquake struck.
Manzullo, who represents northwest Illinois, including East Dubuque and
Galena, was leading a trade mission in New Zealand as chairman of the House
Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Asia and the Pacific. He represented the
country at a forum between the United States and New Zealand in Christchurch
on Monday, leaving the city around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday bound for Wellington.
The earthquake struck just before 1 p.m.

Labour leader David Shearer said yesterday that he had
