I filled in the blanks of the (very few) I know of.

Rick Grant, sadly died when Radio Hauraki got its own
frequency (he drowned)

George Balani, did talkback for ZB in Chch for a while,
I think he works for a TV channel there now

Ross Goodwin, corporate voice for Mai FM

Bob Leahy, reads the news occasionally, for Radio Live,
I think

Tom Bradley, heard his voice on a TV commercial for
Prime recently

Hi,
The only one's I know personally from the list you give are:

John Dicks: Last I heard of John he was doing computer programming and
occasionally voicing narrations for Instructions Manuals here in
Christchurch. John still has fond memories of his time on the boat.

Wayne Douglas: Wayne worked for Radio Rhema as their announcer trainer
for a few years after leaving Radio Avon, prior to Rhema relocating to
Auckland. Not sure where he is now.

one was kinda like an adopted relative, until he left ... some people put an
"e" in my name - it always stumps us everytime we go home and look the other
one up in the phone book. bloody hell, ya just say her name in a L/Hutt
hairdressers and, as someone recently found, the family connections once
cursed, brings ya right back to what really instilled most things in ya,
most of all.

i hate some of auckland. i'm outta place here. they seem to have no
reference to know how to take me ;-) sob, sob ;-) . (it just needs to be
turned into an advantage, methinks)

While we are on the subject - and assuming some of you listen to Hauraki's
breakfast show - Does Willy DeWitt drive you insane with his attempts at
humour? I put up with him because the playlist on Hauraki is easily better
than any other station, I might listen to zm but I find that fat slut
Gillespie even more irritating than DeWitt and she talks four times as
much.

Why don't you ask Radio Hauraki?

They went into a lot of this stuff late last year around their 40th
anniversary - I remember them saying that Bob Leahy still regularly
reads the news.

I switched from ZM to Hauraki in the mornings because I can't stand
hip-hop. The husband can't stand Pauline Gillespie (who I believe is no
longer fat, she lost the weight a few years ago now).

I think the morning pirates on Hauraki are great, I find them all
entertaining - the banter is all very witty, especially when they start
taking the piss out of the news and sport.

Javid Meanmum is hilarious! That and the Devil update are my favourites
- the others I sometimes find a little pointless.

I used to like it all Rach, DeWit & the morning pirates in the mid1990s, but
now it's just really tawdry.

i'm a boring old fart now.

hmm, but i spose i was gonna congratulate them in taking off stephen hawkins
a coupla wks ago tho'. bout bloody time more ripped in and just had a good
laugh at how he picks up nurses and his voicebox. and, yeah, ok, i do like
Osama Wheelie Bin Overladen more then i'd readily admit.

the eastern hifi ads still pose a threat to my bank balance, a signal
encapsulating everything that used to stir whatever was inside. cd draw has
just broke. vulnerable times for this sour pus who can just be reached,
sometimes still. especially when the sun is streaming in.

I heard Jim Jameson on the radio today choosing the best song ever written on Radio New Zealand National. He sounded great, that voice!! He runs a cafe in Christchursc called the Stray Dog. He calls himself James these days though.

Phil Shone? Him of 1ZB? Surely not.
Tom Bradley? There's a surprise.
