The test will use your answers to tell you what your religion is, or at
least that which best represents your POV.

Very interesting quiz, but I hadn't heard of a couple of the preachers.
Whoever designed the quiz assumed that those taking it believe in a God.
I came out Classical Liberal, but I think I'm really agnostic, except around
Christmas, when I like to believe the lot.
Geopelia
I came out strongly Catholic (which I was)
Then classical liberal with fundy last.

If I had faith I would be an emergent/postmodern. I always wanted to be
postmodern. Interestingly enough, I scored 0% for fundamentalist and only
21% for RC :-)

It's begs the question "there is a Christian god" though. So it's not of
much use for those that don't believe this.

God help us all !
Well as I am not a christian it was kindof difficult to answer :o)
I got 71% emergent/postmodern

88% Emergent/Postmodern, but it's a fundamentally buggered test as it
starts with the assumption that there IS a god. Maybe there is, but I
want some proof. A nice corpse-revival or parting-the-ocean demo would
do it for me.
As usual, I found myself answering quite a few of the questions with
the middle of the road response, because the questions themselves could
be taken in more than one way or needed qualifiers.
But it is interesting. I agree that it assumes one is a believer, and
it also presupposes that people have an understanding of terminology --
i.e., justification by faith. I thought it was fun to take.
I came out 82% neo-orthodox, which doesn't surprise me.

I still wonder how you answered enough questions to get a result if
you question the existence of so-called 'God'? I know I couldn't do
a single question due to my atheist viewpoint...

religion as a whole.

Well, I did have a strong "disagree" or "agree" in many cases, but
maybe in 20% of them, nothing fitted, so I went down the middle on
those, hence the fundamentally buggered observation.
Had a similar problem, came out as 89% Emergent/postmodern and classical
liberal.
Pooh
Devout atheist.
My problem was that there was no category for "None of the above." There
was an assumption of faith. I answered more than half, in the middle.

That was interesting. I enjoyed reading the responses from other posters.
I, um, am emergent/postmodern.
I don't like the term fundamentalist. I prefer the word literalist.
I look forward to the time when both radical and fundamental
changes are made to the way we view faith.

Supposedly that makes me a Methodist. I had better change churches

Not very cosmopolitan. More like bible-centric/-skeptic outlook.
Now for the Islamo version. See which of *this* you agree with:
http://www.faithfreedom.org/Quran.htm
(tee hee hee)
Funny how atheists are preoccupied with The Bible. One keeps waiting for them
to get around to the Buddhist scriptures (a la Monkey, remember that?), the
Koran, "....and all kinds of shit you ain't never heard of". (tee hee) What
losers. These are the same idiots who fail to recognise the nature of Islamo
fascism. Funny, that. Their judgment is clearly F0RKED by specicious and
anti-Semitic religious PREJUDICE.

Ditto. Anything that says God/religion etc is important gets a strong
disagree. Anything putting people ahead of fairy tales gets a
positive reaction. Anything which gives you two choices that are both
ludicrous, go down the middle.
82% Emergent/Postmodern
64% Modern Liberal

there was a place for Mary in Christian theology... which I think
there is... not that Christian theology matters at all.)

Indeed so. But it's a test for adherence to branches of only Christian
theology, not theology of all religions.

What was likely picked up is that you place value on tradition, dont
mind a bit of ritual and pomp and ceremony.
JC
I think the test was designed for people who do believe, and want to find
what kind of church would suit them.

I had a go, but I had to answer most of the questions "neither agree
nor disagree" when what I meant was "meaningless / bullshit / don't
know don't care".
