Hi,

i am looking for a place to buy a 3.6V high energy lithium battery to
replace my dead CMOS battery in my old 486.

so far i had only find them in Radio Spares Components, and it's $34.28,
are there other places that would be cheaper?

I am in Takapuna area.

thanks,
Sleepy

Unfortunatley you are at the wrong end of the island. Last time I bougt a
battery
like this from Wiseman Electric in Wellington it was about $7-8.
Try http://www.wiseman.co.nz/
