TECHNOLEASE
A Unique Leasing Program for Today's Latest Computer Technology!
Technolease gives you the benefits of today's latest computer technology
without the risk of obsolescence.
Today, PC and workstation manufacturers are developing products at an
unbelievable pace. Equipment considered "state-of-the-art" six months ago
is now being surpassed by faster and more powerful machines. The risk of
owning yesterday's technology has never been greater. What businesses
really want is to use computers, not own them. That's where leasing comes
in. Leasing lets you balance your need for technology against the cost of
its acquisition.

BENEFITS TO YOU
1. Leasing Improves Your Cash Flow. Leasing provides 100% financing with
no downpayment. Lease payments are a fraction of the total purchase price
and they are pretax expenses. No compensating balances are required.
2. Leasing Preserves Other Credit Sources. Leasing keeps your bank lines
and other sources available to meet needed short term requirements.
3. Leasing Helps Hedge Against Inflation. Each dollar you pay back in
lease payments over the lease term, will have less purchasing power than
today's dollar. These "smaller dollars" that result from inflation, are
much easier to part with.
4. Leasing Keeps Money in Motion. By leasing, you can keep your money
working hard. For example, consider what $10,000.00 can do for you when
it's actively invested – instead of being tied up in the purchase price of
fixed equipment.
5. Leasing Simplifies Budgeting. Budgets can more readily accommodate easy
monthly lease payments than large lump sum cash expenses for the purchase
of fixed assets.
6. Leasing Offers Fixed Rate Financing. Leasing allows you to know exactly
what your expenses will be over the term of the lease.
7. Leasing Helps Equipment Earn its Keep. You expect your employees to
earn their pay as they perform – why not your equipment too?
8. Leasing Lets You Choose the Equipment. You can specify the equipment
you want and pick the brand – as if you were purchasing it directly. Of
course, all normal manufacturers' warranties are passed through to you.
9. Leasing Makes More Equipment Available. Since the monthly lease payment
is a small portion of the total cost of the equipment, leasing allows you
the use of a greater amount of equipment in your business, for a given
dollar allocation.
10. Leasing Provides Flexibility. At the end of the lease term, you may
either return the equipment to the Lessor, re-lease it for another term or
exercise your purchase option to buy it outright.
11. Leasing Offers Tax Advantages. Unlike lending and loans, lease
payments are 100% fully deductible as an operating expense. As a result,
you pay for the use of equipment out of current, untaxed income instead of
already taxed profits, as you otherwise would if you paid cash.
12. Leasing Permits Piecemeal Financing. Lessees may lease one piece of
equipment at a time, or many different pieces on a single lease.

I've added their email address to my "Payback" page just for good
measure.

When it comes to businesses spamming newsgroups I believe in zero
tollerance. If they can't research their market before acting they
don't deserve a second chance.
