ASSAY reporting and analysis tool

Hi, We use ASSAY with KAMAR for reporting but frankly have found NZQA updates a challenge and support from ASSAY fairly poor. Any other views/experiences?

We use Assay and KAMAR too. Unfortunately Assay has lost direction and support since MUSAC purchased it and Jake backed off being involved.  The product still works well for us but I have had to tweak a few things to make it work.

Fundamentally it is still a great product but the ownership and support have dropped the ball quite a bit and lots of people feel the same.
