Hi there,

I've had a couple of schools contact me in the last couple of days asking for an easy way to look at where kids were at with credits given the learning recognition credits don't currently show in most tools nicely...

This google sheet just requires a copy and paste from NZQA and then gives you all your data ready to go

Thanks - I think this will be useful.

Can the data be sorted easily?  Have you any magic tools to produce any standard reports from this data or do you import into another tool?

It automatically sorts it by the number of credits

In the formula, you can change the number

To be the column you want to sort by... 8 is the 8th column, which on the Year 11 and Year 12 tabs is the number of credits... change the number to 2 for example and it will sort by last name.

Don't have anything that makes any standard reports from this sorry... we have all our data in Assay which is what we use to make our reports... this was just handy for viewing the "real" number of credits given KAMAR doesn't yet let us import this year's learning recognition credits.

Does anybody else keep getting the attached Internal Server Error when attempting to log in to NZQA? 

I've been asked to add literacy and numeracy data for each of our senior students to the sheet Jake kindly provided (haven't actually worked out how to do that - imagining it should be straightforward) but can't actually log in...

It's working for me this morning, but I do note there is an outage scheduled for tonight, so may have been one tonight
