SMTP server settings

Can anyone here volunteer the mail client settings for the nyx mail server?
I'm sure it's somewhere in the faq, but I couldn't find it, and I'm that
casual and simple minded observer the prof warned you about!

Nyx does not allow use of the SMTP server from outside the system. You
need to use your own ISP's SMTP server to handle your outgoing mail. You
can use the pop server to pickup your incoming mail using your login and
password.
