Hello all,

A landowner just sent me a picture of a 02-11-13 letter they received from The Constitution Pipeline Company announcing a meeting in Deposit, NY tomorrow night, 02-21-13 at 6:30pm. The address is Deposit Community Theatre & Performing Arts Center, 148 Front Street, Deposit, NY 13754. Here is a google map link- http://goo.gl/maps/fG0Oa

I've also retyped the first portion of the letter below:

"...Dear Landowner,

This letter is to invite you to attend a Sanford Landowner Meeting being held on behalf of the Constitution Pipeline Company, LLC. We welcome you to attend this meeting as an opportunity to learn more about this natural gas pipeline project proposed for you are. Property maps depicting the proposed route on your parcel will be provided to you during this meeting, and you will have the opportunity to speak directly with environmental, real estate and community team members..."

So perhaps someone can record this meeting? It would also be a great place for informing landowners of their right to refuse permission for surveys, etc. It looks like there is a public sidewalk out front- maybe a table or people with information can greet landowners as they come in.
