Cancellations of Eisner & Lubin Auditorium, Rosenthal Pavilion, Colloquium and/or Grand Hall within one month of the event date will be assessed a cancellation fee of 50% of room charge. Cancellation of any other space within two weeks of the event date will be assessed a cancellation fee of 50% of room charge. Event day cancellations will be charged cancellation fee of 100% of room charge.
For NYU Departments, payment will be debited from the above referenced chartfield number. No further action is necessary.
For Non-University clients, payments by check should be made payable to New York University, please write in your reservation number in the memo line and send to the attention of John H. Reiniers at the Operations Office.
