Hey guys,

I forgot to mention this tonight, but I wanted to tell you guys what's going on for Agape week (April 8-13). Below, I wrote an outline of what will be happening during that week. But, I wanted to pose the question to all of you (ST, Kevin, Sam and Jon) about our involvement in Agape Week. I know we have leadership training on Tuesday, and small group on Fridays, but I'd personally like to see RCF be at One Cry praying for our campus. and for the city, even though I know that takes away from small group. What are your thoughts?

Monday, April 8: Concert at night, with an altar call, multiple artists will perform, David Wade will be MCing and performing

Tuesday, April 9: One Cry Pre-Rally

Wednesday, April 10: Massive outreach, care packages, prayer stations, everything...

Friday, April 12: One Cry

Saturday, April 13: Feed 500, outreach to the homeless

We could have each class say a prayer request, or have a general
prayer for each class, that they unite, grow closer together and to
God, etc.

And we could pray over the classes as a whole, and designate a few
people to close?

Here's my two cents!

First of all, what is One Cry? (sorry, I literally have no idea what it is, but it sounds like a prayer and worship time??)
I think maybe we can open up the Friday even to SG's? Like tell sg leaders about it and have it as an alternative sg option for that one friday - leave it up to sg leader's to decided i guess?

For the Tuesday one, I guess that's Kevin's call? >.<
Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.” -Mark 10:27-

hahaha oh shoot, I should have explained One Cry. My bad!

One Cry is put on by Campus Renewal Ministries. Their goal is to unite the Christians on all campuses in NYC to be praying for other campuses and the city as a whole. They aren't a fellowship, and don't want to put new ministries on campus, but rather, just join all of the ministries together. One Cry is their big event that they hold in the fall and spring semesters, and it is a prayer and worship night.

Yeah, I think I tend to agree with you, Jin. I don't think it's even necessary to go to the pre-rally, but more important to be united at One Cry.
