Attention: Club Officers - from Kimmel Operations

Beginning March 18, 2013, The Kimmel Operations office will begin accepting space requests from student organizations for the 2013-2014 academic year.

All requests must be submitted through our online reservations system, KimmelOneStop. If you do not have an account, you can create one here, using your club alias email. If you have any questions, feel free to call the Kimmel Operations office at 212-998-4900, email kimmel.o...@nyu.edu, or visit our office room 605 in the Kimmel Center.

If you are requesting multiple spaces/dates, please use the recurrence button on the request page.

Below are some restrictions for student organizations:

• No more than 2 events in major spaces, per semester (Eisner & Lubin Auditorium, Rosenthal Pavilion, Grand Hall).
• No more than 4 events in large spaces, per semester (914, 802, 905/907, 804/805, 405/406, C95).
• No more than 1 weekly meeting space, for no longer than 2 hours.

Please observe the following date ranges when clubs are not allowed to reserve space:

• May 14 - Sep 2, 2013 - Summer Recess
• Nov 27 - Dec 1, 2013 - Thanksgiving Recess
• Dec 14, 2013 - Jan 26, 2014 - Fall Exams & Winter Recess
• Feb 17, 2014 - President's Day
• Mar 15 - 23, 2014 - Spring Recess
• May 13 - Sep 1, 2014 - Spring Exams & Summer Recess

The Operations Office will honor as many club requests as possible, but please understand that space showing available on our calendar may also have been requested by another club. Prepare alternate dates and times (you can write these in the "description of event" field on the details page of your request). We ask all clubs to be as flexible as possible so that our office can maximize the use of space. Space reservations will be made available for review in late Spring.  They will become final once your club completes the registration of officers for the 2013-2014 academic year, with the Center for Student Activities, Leadership and Service.

Fall classes start sept 3 which is a Tuesday; the Thursday the 5th? If we don't get a def date maybe you can just reserve starting that date
