RCF Senior Night!

Hello Lovely People!

Hope you are all enjoying this wonderfully relaxing spring break.

As most of you guys know, we have a Senior Night/Banquet every year, where RCF comes together to reflect on the past year, not only congratulating the seniors on graduating, but also celebrating what God has done in our lives this past year.

As of right now, the Senior Night will be on Saturday, April 27th.

Well YOU have been chosen as the representatives of each class for this year's Senior Night!

Here are the reps:

Congrats! & Thank you!

You are the overseers of your class- making sure everything is going smoothly & on time, gathering the class & organizing the meetings, reach out to everyone in the class so that they will all have a say in the video/meetings, etc.

Other responsibilities include being in close communication with ST members (me, Rachel, Jin, Andrea, Jimmy, Chan) with biweekly updates on the video.

Videos should answer: How did your class grow in RCF over the past year?

            -How God moved in your class, that can include biggest challenges, encouragements, and blessings.

**What you should also keep in mind**

Juniors: In charge of the decorations.

Sophomores: In charge of the main entree/food.

Freshmen: In charge of desserts

**This will go out of the RCF budget- details on that will be sent out later!

Please plan your meetings ahead! After you schedule your meetings, reply back to this chain to let us know the date & time, so that ST can sit in one/two of the meetings just to see how everything is going!

4. As for the list of Juniors & their emails, I think that you & the rest of the junior class would know the best. The listserv is not divided into classes, but just a list of everyone's email addresses in alphabetical order so there is not much that I can do more than you. What I suggest is that you guys gather a list of juniors collectively so that you won't exclude anyone. 

I'll let you know if there's another way of doing this, but as for now you will have to make a list with the rest of your class.

2. Senior night will be at the palladium mpr (where we had class of 2011 senior night). Juniors began setting up around 545-6? It will start at 7pm! (Hopefully)

5b. Your role is to make sure videos are being made, basically keep things going! Get the theme, coordinate meetigs with your class, coordinate video making times, etc!

1. Do we have time restrictions on the video? (If we have multiple videos, is there a total maximum time?)

2. Where (building & room) is Senior Night being held? What time will it start? What time can we begin setting up?

5. From what I remember, Cindy and Jimmy Ko hosted some form of a game show and served as the hosts for the evening last year. Are Lawrence and I also responsible for a similar role? Or will someone else be doing that? 

(5b. What exactly are we supposed to do..? Lawrence and I are both confused, haha.)

Hahaha so maybe that was more than a few questions. Let us knowwwww! :)

Hello all!

Again, thanks for all your help as we plan for senior night. It's going to be fun fun fun! But to get there, let's stay on top of meetings and planning. 

Representatives, please remember to email us when your class will meet. Please have the first meeting scheduled by this Friday. We need to know ASAP, so sooner is always better than later. Feel free to email any more questions and we'll be expecting that update sometime this week.

Hi!

The Freshmen had their first meeting today and had one question about the actual Senior Night day - For the people who has missions training on the 27th? Will it affect their attendance for senior night?

Sorry, I wasn't able to attend but she emailed me a detailed summary of the meeting and it seems like they're doing really well. They're meeting on April 6th to start filming!

Hey Esther sorry for the delayed response but you can tell people who are doing missions that they'll be able to attend senior night. Luncheon prep won't run so late that they'll have to miss it.
