Problems with septodont podcast software

We've been having repeat problems with the septodont podcast system as of recent. Often during a lecture that was started, the software would stop the recording mid-lecture and when going back to check the software, it would show the septodont recorder as grayed out.
Please help us to fix this issue.

Hi Bryce,

Septodont is currently recording, has been for 54 mins, want me to stop it?

Refreshing the browser page usually pings it back online.

We'll take a look at the recorder also.
