Q: Who do I contact if there is a problem with the podcasts?

A: Us, here on this forum! If we are unable to resolve your issue, we will contact ITS.

Q: How long do I need to wait before a lecture will appear on iTunes U?

A: Generally 48 hours at most. Please let us know if the lecture has not appeared after this time.

Q: What are podcasts, and how do I get them?

A: See here for general information about podcasts. You can access our school's podcasts here through iTunes U, whether on or off campus. 

Q: Should I use a VPN when I am off campus?

A: No. VPN should never be necessary. The school's iTunes U website will ask for your NetID and password.
