mediasite non-responsive this weekend

Hey ITS,

I noticed twice this weekend, the streaming service on the mediasite website seemed to be down for a period of approximately 20 minutes on both Saturday and Sunday (probably during times of high volume).  The normal podcast.dental.nyu.edu website was functioning normally, but the streaming portion of the website was not loading videos properly.  

After the 20 minute "down-time" the problem seemed to resolve itself, and the streaming service went back to working normally.

But seeing as this event happened twice under very similar conditions, I thought I'd bring this to your attention.
