NYU | Solicitud de Actualización Compra de Pasajes

Buenas tardes estimada Caro,

Esperamos te encuentres muy bien. La presente es pues agradeceríamos enormemente poder tener algún update con respecto a la compra de nuestros pasajes.

Los miembros de nuestra delegación que son de provincia, así como sus padres, están preocupados por las conexiones entre provincia y Lima, y quisieran conocer la fecha y hora en la que se darán estos vuelos. Así mismo, Cielo, quien es menor de edad, requiere los datos de los pasajes para poder tramitar su permiso de viaje.

Esta información sería de mucha ayuda para poder organizarnos mejor y brindar calma a nuestras familias.

Thank you so much for your email, Grace.

I have already approved your flights and Carolina will be communicating these details upon her return from vacation in the following days. We always have to wait for the agencia de viajes to confirm our requests before Carolina can email each of you with the flight details.

You will all follow the same itinerary plan and you will all be on the same plane. 

Important to note:  Beca Cometa will note be calling individually any student to ask for their flight preferences since our biggest priority is that you arrive to campus on the date your university requested you to arrive and which you have all already informed us via a google form.

Beca Cometa is ensuring all Beca Cometa scholars arrive to their U.S. campus between 8 am and 7 pm and that every delegation has at least 2-3 hours in between U.S. connection flights so no one feels rushed at the airport.

When Carolina returns, I'll ask her to provide us with assistance with the purchase of flights for all students from provinces. All students from provinces will be flown into Lima airport so they can join all the NYU Lima delegation on their flights together to the U.S.

We aim to have these last purchases finalized this week and communicated this week.

We appreciate your patience. As you may not know, we have 5 students flying to the U.S. this week and therefore they were our top priority.

Hola Grace,

estoy revisando poco a poco todos los correos que han estado enviando durante estos días en mi ausencia. 

El día de hoy a las 8 am les debió de llegar a toda la delegación de NYU sus vuelos internacionales. En caso alguno de ustedes no cuente con su pasaje adjunto me escribe para ayudarlo.

En el caso del grupo de provincia, se les estará enviando individualmente a su correo los detalles de sus vuelos nacionales.

Si tienes alguna otra consulta me escribes para ayudarte.
