Hi,
It's hard to study for the Lab Practical because we have nothing to study from. Someone gave me photos of microscope slides with a brief description for each one. I posted it as a microsoft word document in my dropbox. It's the top of the list, called BioII Lab Practical Study Guide. You can download it by hovering the mouse over it until a small arrow appears to the right. Click on the arrow for a dropdown menu, and choose download.

I took the exam today and it was pretty rough to recognize and identify the microscope slides. I think the best study resources are this guide, the atlas pictures that Jay posted, the chart that we filled out as post lab for labs 2 & 3, the powerpoint slides about blood pressure from last lab and figure 42-11 from the textbook, (page 907). (There were a few multiple choice questions about the basic principals of blood pressure- not nitty gritty details. The BP questions were all typical quiz questions with nothing 'practical'. )
