Kanak Jha, Liang Jishan, Nikhil Kumar, Sid Naresh and Zhang Xiangjing (not familiar with him) are the top 5 seeds in the men's singles.  As for the women's singles, the top 5 seeds are Amy Wang, Sally Moyland, Tiffany Ke, Tashiya Piyadasa and Abigail Yu.  This should be a cakewalk for both Kanak and Amy.  After they win this event, both of them and a few others will make a bee-line across the state line to Las Vegas, NV for a WTT Grand Smash event, the inaugural United States Smash, which starts July 3rd--next Thursday--and goes on thru the 13th.  This will be a massive event, with over 1.5 million bucks in prize money.  As far as I can remember, that is the largest purse ever for a TT event on US soil.  More on this to follow...
