Thanks!  I do have some problems in that sometime the typesetting is flakey - like some of the back ticked lines will not print but not always.  Here is an example

Where only one Ubuntu line prints...

Seems random which boxes will print - and sometimes I'll see a regular formatted line disappear also in the rendering.
