Never deployed an application on a server before.

Hello,

I love this application and want to use it for a knowledge base.

This is my first time attempting to deploy an application on a server. I have some minimal knowledge of PHP, JavaScript and front end web development.

I have a dedicated server running on WHM.

Here is where I'm at:

I asked my web host for help and they installed nodejs10, opened port 3000, and enabled Application Manager in cpanel.

I created a repository via the Git application on Cpanel.

What are the next steps in deploying the NYT Library app on my server?

Any direction is much appreciated. Thank you!

Hi there!

I'm not particularly familiar with WHM, but Library is a very standard Node.js web application. It looks like there are some instructions on their documentation site here about how to deploy Node apps. In production, it will run on port 80. Let me know if that helps!
