Dear Student,

USEF is helping to organize the Linden Tours U.S. University Fair that will take place on Monday, February 9, 2009 from 2-5 p.m. at the Yak & Yeti Hotel. Ten U.S. university representatives will participate in this university fair. USEF is looking for approximately 15 student volunteers who are very frequent users of USEF's library and advising services. Student volunteers will assist with student registration and check-in at the fair. They will also ensure student circulation during the event. On February 9, volunteers must be present at the Yak & Yeti Hotel from 1-6 p.m. After the university fair, student volunteers will assist in the important task of inputting data from registration forms into a database. The data input will take place at USEF from Tuesday, February 10 to Saturday, February 14. Volunteers must be available all day on Tuesday, February 10 and must also be able to commit for up to 10 hours from February 11-14.

This volunteer opportunity is available to undergraduate applicants. If you are a team player who is helpful and has a positive attitude, and if you would like to apply to be a volunteer at this important event, please stop by USEF for a brief and informal `interview' with USEF's Educational Adviser any time between 10 a.m. to 4:00 pm on either of the following days: January 22-23 (Thursday-Friday) , 2009.

Please note that volunteer positions are unpaid. USEF reserves the right to select volunteers.

THANK YOU!
